Mental Health

Mental health can be a stabilizing force in one’s life or lead to medical disability and personal ruin. Early recognition and treatment of mental disorders can lead to significant improvement in a patient’s wellbeing and decreased health care costs. Many unexplained physical symptoms bring a patient in for medical treatment. When they reoccur or do not fit into a recognizable pattern for diagnosis, the patient may be suffering from a mental disorder.

Depression is the 4th leading cause of medical disability in all ages worldwide.

Couple’s Therapy

Throughout a couple’s life, multiple demands, lifestyle issues and conflicts can either erode or strengthen the relationship. Often a safe forum to revisit issues without fear of retaliation can promote understanding and resolution of problems. Dona has worked with hundreds of couples over the decades to unlock impasses, promote effective communication and enrich a good relationship.

Sexual Health
